I am not sure that my responses to the request for a PD TCP/IP for System V are really worth summarising. Basically as far as I can tell, it just doesn't exist. The genuine TCP/IP applications are covered by an AT&T licence and although there are freely available sources for the BSD version of TCP/IP itself, this would be quite hard to adapt, or so I'm told. I'm not saying that there definately isn't one. It's just that I can't seem to find it! Peter Burgess New Zealand Government Department of Scientific and Industrial Research.
