Help! I need some help in registering my company for a block of Ethernet addresses. Seemingly this was done a few years ago, before my time. The people who did the registering have long since departed, and a letter sent to the Ethernet registration office mentioned in the VII specs was returned unopened. So, how do I find out what our assigned block of addresses is, or how do I register for a new set? My company's name and address is: Mitel Corporation, 350 Legget Drive, P.O. Ethernet (and other 802.2 type network) address assignment is now done by the IEEE Standards office. You have to get a "REQUEST FORM". Try calling tehm at (212)-705-7960 Bill Westfield cisco Systems. -------
