I was informed that there are people suggesting the use of TOS and some kind of a priority scheme to provide variable grade service with some statistical guarantee on top of datagram networks. Could you please let me know how I can have access to the work being done in this area. Also, are there any published papers yet? Thank you for your assistance. -Tony Mazraani
