The bibliography is in UNIX refer format. A LaTeX version is available,
if people are interested in it, please contact me.
The bibliography attempts to list every paper or book published on computer
networking and distributed systems in the preceding 3 months (note that
some things slop over -- publication dates and mailing dates aren't
always in sync).
The bibliography is printed quarterly in SIGCOMM Computer Communication
Review. A postscript copy of the application to join SIGCOMM is appended.
Anyone who wants to submit a listing should e-mail it to me (craig@bbn.com).
