It's dated 6/18/88 and has 45 entries.
A more extensive one (I went to merge your's in and found it was a
subset) dated 12/5/88 is available for anonymous ftp from my work-
station [Gaak.LCS.MIT.Edu] as the file pub/map/ethernet-codes which
also lists Multi-cast addresses and type codes. This is a merge of an
October 1988 version of the BBN list (that's what you have) and
another list posted in late November.
