We have a full implementation of pop2 service here running on both VAXen
and SUNs.  If there is interest, I'll stick it in a public FTP directory
so you can grab it.

Hi.
I'll express interest in a pop2 implementation.  We're
busy considering how best to send all mail here
to frob@nas.nasa.gov, and that might be a useful way.

You might also consider looking at the POP implementation (client and
server) in MH.  It was done at roughly the same time as the POP2 
specification, but for reasons not worth going into, never got issued as an
official rfc.  The Stanford mailsystem for the PC uses this POP to great
advantage.

Hi - I'm just starting to learn about networking and this is the first time
that I've been on this notesfile. I've done a lot of reading on TCP-IP. I am
now interested in learning more about POP (Post Office Protocol). If
