In about a month, we should know the program's contents. Similarly, the tutorials have not yet been completely determined. As far as costs are concerned, my understanding is that the hotel will be very reasonable. It would be best to write to Mohamed Gouda, local arrangements chair for details (gouda@cs.utexas.edu).
