	Instead of loading sri-nic, one can ftp to sh.cs.net and get
	the RFC's you need. I have been doing this successfully.Else
	you can send mail to info-server@sh.cs.net with the following
	message:
	REQUEST:rfc
	TOPIC:rfc no of your choice
	The second method has not worked too successfully.
