Has anyone heard of an ANSI standard T1LB168 titled "Principles of Architecture and Protocols for Interfacing between Operating Systems and Network Environments"? If so, can you give me a brief background. Also is there a copy on-line somewhere? Thanks. David Vaughan Dept. of Navy
