[comp.protocols.tcp-ip] Looking for FTPable Jacobson/Karels code

There was reference here to an archive containing work done by 
Van Jacobson and Mike Karels to speed up TCP/IP implementations.
Naturally, now that I need this code, 
I can't find the reference. Would someone who knows were this
lives please mail me a pointer??
