Bill,
Thanks for the good DDN Billing information.
I have a question for you or others out there, how is DCA going
to handle the billing of data coming through the Mailbridges from
the Arpanet and the NSFNET. I'm sure the Milnet users will pay for data
coming from them destined for the Internet but how will data be
charged if I send E-Mail to a host on the Milnet??
I'm not going to say they can't charge me but is this a cost that
DCA will absorb themselves ?????
