As 80 msec around the world seems to be out of the question, how about making it 80 seconds by adding in congestion and a few source quenches--probably should add in a few redirects for good measure. Now all we need is an Internet node for the Royal Society and an account for Phileas Fogg. Maybe we should also have an unauthorized electronics fund transfer from the Bank of England at about the same time. Merton
