I need to find a source for UREP - a protocol/package that I know some folks
at the University of Pennsylvania did some work on back when. I'm not sure
exactly how this interoperates with the IBM RSCS protocol, but I know they
can (must?) be tied together.
Does anyone know of such a package - either commercially available or in
Public Domain that I might be able to lay my hands on (or do you know names
of contacts who might be useful)? Please mail me if you do.

Technical questions about UREP can be sent to <urep-bugs@psuvax1.cs.psu.edu>.
In any event, UREP implements the RSCS protocol as documented by IBM.
