[comp.protocols.tcp-ip] tcp/ip source for PC, 3 com Ethernet

I am looking for TCP/IP source code with the following charactheristic :

        1. run on IBM PC DOS/MS DOS in a 3com Ethernet, support all series
           of cards (3c501, 3c503, 3c505, etc.)
        2. can support multiple connections, so that network server can be
           built on top of it, i.e. has multi-tasking capability
        3. source code should be in C language, preferably in microsoft C,
           and MACRO assembly.
        4. some applications like FTP, TELNET, ect are also wanted. Furthermore
           the application that I am going to built is suppose to be a memory
           resident, non-dedicated server, so any application on TCP/IP which
           has such features will be a extremely useful guides to me to
           develop the application
