Company:

	CEMAX Medical Products, Inc., specializes in computer and
	graphics systems for diagnostic imaging, surgical planning
	and custom implant design.

Position:

	Systems Sofware Analyst

Qualficiations:

	1. Extensive experience with UNIX (c) kernel, UNIX i/o, and
	   C language.
	2. Familiarization with real-time operating systems and
	   philosophy.
	3. Two years experience in UNIX driver design and support
	   of peripherals, particularly imaging and graphics systems.
	4. Capable of developing low level applications tools for
	   the support of applications programmers.
	5. B.S. degree in EE/CS (or extensive (7 years +) experience
	   with operating systems programming).
	6. Masscomp RTU experience desirable (but not required).

Job Description:

	1. Provide UNIX support/expertise to application programmers
	   i.e. to install new revisions and patches, maintain in-
	   house systems, assist programmers in solving UNIX-related
	   problems, and assist programmers/field service in using
	   advanced UNIX tools (uucp, etc.).
	2. Interface with our vendors to solve software-related
	   problems.
	3. Design and develop necessary systems software, e.g.
	   drivers for an alternative graphics systems, position
	   input peripherals (tablets, mice, etc.), communications
	   equipment.
	4. Design and develop applications callable tools:  e.g.
	   inter-task communications for windowed applications and
	   interprocessor communication using Ethernet (with BSD
	   4.2 TCP/IP).
