[comp.protocols.tcp-ip] TCP/IP for TI 990?

My department is hoping to migrate soon from a TI 990 to a
UNIX machine.  If we don't buy a TI, we will need either

      a. TCP/IP for the TI 990
or
      b. TI (proprietary?) file transfer for UNIX



Has anyone heard of either of these services?
