  I knew I would attract attention but I did not realize how 
fast and how much.   
  Thanks to all that replied so quickly and the concensusis 
that RG58 - is the correct thinwire coax that uses 50ohms and the
RG59 coax is used for CATV (cable TV) at 75ohms and never should the 
two be mixed, nor the latter used at all on an ethernet.
