A draft version of 8473 was published as an RFC, but *DON'T* use that version. Significant technical changes took place before the IS version, notably fixing the order of Record Route. I've heard of people implementing CLNP from the DIS spec and shudder. Both 8473 and 9542 are full IS now, which means if you want to get them (legally) you'll have to pay for them. ISO and ANSI sell them, as do a number of commercial outfits who don't need me to advertise them. By the way, 8473 is not really CLNS, it's CLNP (the protocol that provides CLNS). CLNS is defined in 8348 (AD1 I think).
