We're receiving news articles in comp.protocols.tcp-ip with: From: tcp-ip-RELAY@NIC.DDN.MIL <more news header text> then a lot of lines like: tcp-ip-relay ^LF4.N494.Z5.FIDONET.ORG TCP-IP-RES.RURES ^L.WSU.EDU tcp-ip-user@CS ^LDUPHY4.DREXEL.EDU etc then follows something like a mail (or news) header: Received: from ucbvax.Berkeley.EDU by NIC.DDN.MIL with TCP; Mon, 13 Nov 89 14:03:18 PST Received: by ucbvax.Berkeley.EDU (5.61/1.39) id AA25840; Mon, 13 Nov 89 13:34:02 -0800 Received: from USENET by ucbvax.Berkeley.EDU with netnews for tcp-ip@sri-nic.arpa (tcp-ip@sri-nic.arpa) (contact usenet@ucbvax.Berkeley.EDU if you have questions) Date: 13 Nov 89 20:28:05 GMT From: mcsun!sunic!draken!perand@uunet.uu.net (Per Andersson) Organization: Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden Subject: Re: Anybody know of an enet/TCP printer? Message-Id: <2302@draken.nada.kth.se> References: <1989Nov7.210143.26795@t2ns1.gcs.co.nz>, <13207@s.ms.uky.edu> Sender: tcp-ip-relay@NIC.DDN.MIL To: tcp-ip@NIC.DDN.MIL and finally some article text. (I've changed <CTRL L> into ^L) and indented each line. I guess there is some mail->news relay that's broken and if anybody recognizes this perhaps they could help me contact responsible adm's.
