Would anyone be prepared to e-mail me either of the following two papers: Karn, P. and C. Partridge, "Estimating Round-Trip Times in Reliable Transport Protocols", Proc. SIGCOMM '87, Stowe, VT, August 1987. Jacobson, V., "Congestion Avoidance and Control". They are referred to in RFC 1122 but do not appear to be RFC's, so where does one get them from ?
