Kwang, I would think that the person to ask is Otto Shultz (JTC3A DCA DOD) as he is the US Prin Rep to the NATO TSGCEE SG/9 that is working on the NATO OSI profile and is aware of the issues of interoperability of both US and UK GOSIP.
