    Wrong Craig... Unfortunately, there appear to be just enough Craigs
on the network to confuse folks.  Not as bad a problem as we have with all
these Daves on the network <Mills, Cheriton, Clark, Tennenhouse, Farber,
Sincoskie, Piscitello, ....> but apparently enough to cause trouble.

    Personally, I'm a firm believer in getting our time down to the
smallest clock tick we can.  On a giganet, a one millisecond timer
doesn't tell you a whole lot.  You'd need a few megabits of congestion
before you could be sure the timer was telling you something.
