You can't get :

ANSI
CCITT
ISO

documents through the Internet. These are all
copyright by their respective standards bodies,
and are not available--IN FINAL FORM--except
from authorized distributors (we call these "bookstores"
in the real world).

However, you can get copies of DRAFT documents from
the document editor or from the BNR representative
to the aprporpriate committees, subject to whatever
agreement you can make with that person.

BNR is quite well represented (via the Northern Telecom
connection); if you inquire (enquire for you Canadians)
in your own organization (organisation), it is likely
that you will find good copies of everything in the
datacomm standards area.
