According to RFC 1147, netwatch is:
Available as a utility program in the pcip distribution
from host husc6.harvard.edu, in directory pub/pcip.
Available in a standalone package via anonymous FTP
from windom.ucar.edu, in file pc/network/netwatch.arc;
a binary "dearc" program is also available from
windom.ucar.edu.

And while we are on the subject, I have heard there is a version of
NETWATCH that uses Packet Drivers that meet the FTP Assoc. Spec.
Does anyone have any idea where I might find an EXE for this vesion??

FTP to sun.soe.clarkson.edu:/pub/ka9q/pcippkt.arc. Or call (315)268-6667,
log in, change to the TCP/IP area, and download pcippkt.arc
