I am working with some people who are doing some work where they would like to use Ethernet multicasts from Unix (SunOS 4.x in particular). How does one go about doing this. Some things I've read seem to indicate that the ethernet drivers need to be modified to support multicasting... is this true, and if so is their such a modified driver available?
