[comp.protocols.tcp-ip] Open Network Architechure / CONCERT

 I'm looking for information regarding CONCERT and Open Network
 Architecture. I've been told that this has to do with TMN in 
 the EC. If you have information on this or can point to the 
 sources for these specifications I'd appreciate it.
