[comp.protocols.tcp-ip] Should FTP command SMNT change working dir?

   Well, the subject just about says it all.  (SMNT mounts a file system).
My opinion is that it should NOT change the working directory, but I wanted
to know what was proper/common/expected.  RFC959 did not seem to give adequate
guidance on this point.
