I believe InterActive is shipping SLIP with the host-based TCP/IP for 
release 2.2 of their software. 

If you want to look at actual code, I have a very rudimentary (read: somewhat
buggy) SLIP package for release 2.0.2 that I wrote last fall. You'll have 
to hack it a bit to integrate it in your environment. Other people have
also played with it.
