[comp.protocols.tcp-ip] NCSA TELNET or Clarkson's version

Where can I obtain the NCSA or Clarkson TELNET executables?
Also, what version are they and does either support TN3270?
Thanks in advance.  I need the Internet address in numeric
form also (i.e. 128.100.10.1, for example).
