oops - a few things about the router testing posting

the correct name for the "Proteon RIG" is the "Proteon XP 20000"

the "fld" on the table is the "raw" rate (i.e. frames input at the
maximum rate that the test equipment can produce)


and here is the delay values (I seem to have missed one of the cisco
cases - sorry)
