I've got a 3B2 running SysV 3.0 with an equally old version of TCP/IP. The problem is that this older version of TCP/IP does not have either bind or named so I can't forward mail bound for hosts that are not listed in /etc/hosts. My question is: Is there a way to forward mail to a specific host (so it can resolve the appropriate address from the name) using some other facility (like sendmail)? If so, exactly what do I need to do to get this working. We are working on getting this updated, but I'm sure it will be a while and I need to use it now. I would appreciate any help. ---*---*---*---*---*---*---*---*---*---*---*---*---*---*---*---*---*---*---*--- Jesse W.
