[comp.protocols.tcp-ip] Programmer doc for BSD reno release

I've taken a quick look at the recent BSD reno tcp/ip source (wuarchive.wustl.edu, 128.252.135.4, /unix/4.3bsd-reno/...).  Is there any programmer doc that explains the directory structure, ...?
