Hi, I have microVAX 3200 running VMS v5.0 (to be updated) and I'd like to connect it to our lan. I believe our lan is IEEE 802.3 standard connecting HP clusters and peripherals. I'm told I'll need a TCP/IP implementation running on VMS - products suggested so far: Wollongong TGV Multinet NCR Fusion Novell (Excelan) Lan Service & FTP for VMS Anyone used these products for connecting VAX/VMS to UNIX or HPUX machines? Any recommendations or otherwise would be much appreciated. Eventually I'd like to be able to get programmatic control of VMS processes driven from a unix box, so I'd be interested in knowing about any limitations of the above products, or any other products suggested. I guess a complete implementation of ARPA/Berkeley services would be ideal. Please mail to ajp@hpsesuka.pwd.hp.com or respond here if you think its of general interest. Apologies if this has been asked a hundred times before! Thanks --ajp
