Hello, I'm running a "c" code program on a SUN 4/110 which asks for the user
to input some expression (like {{a,b},c} ) and then passes (through a pipe)
that to Mathematica which crunches away. Periodicaly during crunching, math
will need to send intermidate data to a DEC which is doing graphics. Now
the question is how to go from SUN to DEC? UNIX domain sockets I guess but
I'm having a hellofa time getting anything to fly - guess my lack of
experience in the area is showing :) Could anybody point me to any code?
This would be greatly appreicated. Sorry if this is the wrong news-group, I
didn't know where to turn. Thanks.
