I've been attempting to bring up the PPP package on our sun3 running MtXinu MSD2.6. Reading the Jan 7 issue of UNIX Today gave an FTPable source for PPP on bsdOS - namely lancaster.andrew.cmu.edu Unfortunately the PPP.shar file that you get seems to be incomplete. logwtmp.c is missing. The kernel side of it is complete, and installed in our system already, but this module is missing for building the user level 'ppp' program. I haven't been able to get the needed module from the author, so I'm looking for other FTPable sites that have a PPP kit for bsdOS. Or if perchance one of you have this kit and can direct me to a copy of the needed module. I of course could write my own, but that would take longer than writing this letter. Any information would be helpful, but please don't direct me to omnigate or uunet for SunOS sources. Thanks heaps, -russ
