[comp.protocols.tcp-ip] Help needed getting KA9Q running on PC...

I'm trying to get a SLIP connection working from my PC.  I am
trying to use KA9 but the manual is giving me no help at all.
Does anyone out there use or know how to use this program?  IS
there a better program to use a SLIP connection?
