Is there and archive anywhere that has a description of the tcp/ip protocal?
ie.  the Ieee definition of writeup of the standard..

please send me information.  I am trying to put a reasearch paper together on
the subject.  Send me any information you might have on the TCP/IP standard.

together.  On paper, it fills a conveniently-sized notebook that can
be left on a client's reference shelf, so they aren't such a
continuing presence on the support telephone lines.
