[comp.protocols.tcp-ip] interop 91 and gov't rates

Government workers (at least this one ) really don't make a lot
of $$$. So it really hurts when people cut deep into our personal
pockets. The best network conf. IMHO is interop. Interop has
grown very large, too big for San Jose. This year the hotel rooms
are being managed by Convention Housing Management, who are nice
people. The bad news is there are no gov't rates available. I am
booked into a nice, inexpensive, hotel, the Vagabond which should
fall more or less within my per diem. So if you are a Gov't employee
and want to go to interop, you best get hopping.
FLAME> Gov't workers have been a fairly large contingent at interop.
Gov't people and $$$ have had a lot to do with TCP being where it is
today. This is a slap in the face :-( <FLAME
