I'm not sure this announcement is considered appropriate for this mailing list, but hopefully there is enough interest on this list to warrant/excuse. I am teaching a short course entitled "Computer Communication: Principles and Practice" July 22-26th, 1991 at Stanford University as part of the Western Institute for Computer Science Program. The course is open to, and intended for, technical people who plan to work with protocols, networks, etc. and want to get up to speed quickly.
