Hi netlander,
        I am looking for a paper by Fletcher and Watson as follow:

        "Mechanisms for a Reliable Timer-based Protocol"
        - By Fletcher, J.G., and Watson, R.W.
        Computer Networks, Vol. 2,
        1978,
        pp. 271-290.

        I could not get it from the library because it is too old. I will
appreciate if anybody can send me a copy either by email or postal mail. I
need it quite urgently and I think this is the fatest way to get help. I am
sorry if I abused this net. Thanks a lot.
