[comp.protocols.tcp-ip] email addr for CMU VAX TCP/IP

Can anyone tell me the email address I should contact to order the 
CMU TCP/IP for VAX. I had seen a posting in this group that suggested
tcpip+@andrew.cmu.edu but I have mailed to this address twice now with
no response.
