Hello NeWS-Makers! I am the "new" NeWS Product Manager at Sun. I have been here about 2 months, and am trying to get a handle on the NeWS user community. A number of folks at Sun are in the process of doing some research on the NeWS 1.1 customer base for the purposes of product planning and future product marketing. We want to know who uses NeWS, what they use it for, what they like and don't like about the NeWS environment, what they would like to see Sun do in the future with NeWS, etc. We are trying to collect the information in a way that can be useful to both our engineering and marketing teams in both short and long-term planning cycles. This is an opportunity for you to provide feedback on NeWS!! Any of you out there who would like to participate, please fill out the questionnaire below. If possible, please respond by Friday, April 14th. If you would prefer to respond in real-time or have any questions, please call us: Darlene Mann Tony Barbagallo NeWS Product Manager Product Marketing Engineer Sun Microsystems Sun Microsystems dkmann@scarlett tonyb@ripples 415-336-3428 415-336-3701 (If we aren't available, please leave your name, number and mention the survey as your reason for calling - you will get a priority call back!)
