[comp.windows.news] debugging PostScript sent from a C client

eds@edsdrd.eds.com (Ed Suckstorff) (07/12/89)

I've just started following this news group, and apologize if this has
been discussed ad nauseam.

I'm trying to debug the execution of PostScript code that has been sent
to the NeWS server by a C program, using Sun's "C Client Interface" mechanisms.
[Note that I'm trying to debug the PostScript code execution, not the actual
execution of the PostScript interpreter.]
In the NeWS 1.1 Manual there is an entire chapter devoted to debugging, but I
can't seem to get the debugging environment started within the session created
by the C program.

I would appreciate any hints/suggestions/solutions to this problem.

Thanks,
Ed
