I'd think that after a bunch of articles in comp.windows.news complaining about SUN's lack of political support for NeWS that the least SUN would do is post an official rebuttal. I'm sure that stockholders in SUN would be shocked to hear that their company is refusing to stomp out rumors of the demise of product that has received such a heavy investment and advertising campaign.
