I guess this is a known bug, but since I don't have access to the list...
movecanvas on an unrooted canvas (such as created with buildimage) causes
the server to crash with the following message:
XNeWS: internal error detected (SIGSEGV).
Report this problem to a knowledgeable person.
XIO: fatal IO error 32 (Broken pipe) on X server ":0.0"
after 120219 requests (120187 known processed) with 0 events remaining.
The connection was probably broken by a server shutdown or KillClient.
/usr/openwin/bin/xinit: connection to X server lost.
