[comp.windows.news] Can I copy Openwindows 2.0 binaries ?

Hi!
        I want to install Openwindows 2.0 on our sparc-station. I heard 
that it is distributed free of charge (except for the cost of media). Is it    
legal to copy the binaries from some other sparc-station where it is
already installed?( I don't need any manuals since I just want to use it
to run some of the NeWS software developed with Openwindows 1.0). 
 
Can anybody enlighten me with the SUN's policy on this.
