There is a bug in the version of clockroot.ps that I distributed earlier.
In the .user.ps code the line that read:
RootDamageInterests /Name get begin
should have been:
RootDamageInterests 0 get /Name get begin
Also, there is another potential area for personal customization. As
shipped, the clock will be drawn only on the primary framebuffer. If
you are running multi-headed and want to display on a different screen
(or all screens), change the definition of /ClockCanvases at about line 79.
I also failed to mention that this demo doesn't look nearly as good
on monochrome... (greyscale is fine.)
You might also want to change the (ps/clockroot.ps) to a more generic
(.rootimage.ps), then make a .rootimage.ps symlink in your home directory
to make it easier to switch among NeWS based root images.
