[comp.compilers] Thanks to the guest moderator

For the past six weeks or so, Len Tower has been guest moderating
comp.compilers while I took a long overdue vacation.  I'm back, and am
resuming the moderator's chair.

Thanks to Len for taking over in the meantime.
