I would appreciate it very much if anyone who has written a program in
C or Scheme, to compute FIRST, FOLLOW, and DIRECTOR sets for LL(1)
parsing could send me a copy.

[Holub's "Compiler Design in C" includes the source to an LL(1) parser
generator written in C which among other things computes those sets. -John]
