[comp.compilers] Compiler for UNITY ?

In the book `Parallel Program Design: A Foundation' K. Mani Chandy 
and J. Misra use a language called UNITY for parallel algoritms.
Does anyone know if there exists something like a compiler, translator
or simulator for this language ?
